I thought I'd provide a few digital resources you might find helpful. Please see below for a guided goodwill meditation, as well as a guided 15-minute breath meditation. Of course, you can always set a timer for a shorter time if you don't want to sit for the full 15. I'm also including a short video in which I teach a practice called the Twofold Contemplation, which helps cultivate patience and equanimity when dealing with difficult people.
