Congrats on reaching the halfway point! Two weeks down, two to go.


Once again, don't worry if you've missed some days. Building a new habit is a process.


New (Optional) Technique!


As before, your goal is to practice a tiny bit of mindfulness each day.


You can use whatever technique you like. We've already gone through breath meditation and the Mindful Pause.
