New (Optional) Technique!

Just like last week, your goal is to practice a tiny bit of mindfulness each day.

Last week, we used breath meditation.

In the video below, I share another technique you can try: the Mindful Pause.

Use whichever technique you like, or switch back and forth. Totally up to you.
