About This Program:
This series of mini-workshops takes you on a guided tour of the different domains of well-being and mindfulness. Over six 30-minute sessions, we'll explore simple, practical ways to manage stress and anxiety, boost focus and performance, cultivate resilience and positive emotions, manage conflict, and avoid digital overload.
Each session stands alone, so you can attend whichever ones you like.
Your Instructor: Jon Krop
Jon founded Mindfulness for Lawyers after graduating from Brown University and Harvard Law School, clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and working as a litigator at law firms in Los Angeles and New York City.
Jon has taught mindfulness at Harvard, Yale, the Pentagon, the world’s top law firms, Fortune 100 companies, and other organizations.
Jon has practiced mindfulness since 2006 and has studied with teachers from around the world, including psychologists, neuroscientists, and traditional Buddhist masters.
In 2014, Jon completed a seven-month silent meditation retreat.
